Introducing our new bottle to add to our fine cider and perry range. The first in what will be an ongoing project to explore the possibilities of cask aging.
 
Our Barrel Project No1 is all about Rum! This cider was a carefully selected blend of three cider apples from the 2022 harvest: Dabinett, Chisel Jersey and Tremletts Bitter which were aged in rum casks for 6 months and then bottle conditioned.
 
The result is a cider with wonderful balance, retaining the complex character of the apples chosen whilst having developed a delightful depth imparted from the rum casks. Bold, tannic but leaving you wanting another sip!
