About the event
This tasting event will focus on the joys of single variety ciders. The world of wine is renowned for its specific and unique grape varieties however perhaps less know is that cider boasts an heritage to match when it comes to apples! With many of these varieties originating in the South West, cultivated for their particualr qualities and capacity to create rather special ciders.
We will taste six ciders in total, three different varieties, with two ciders showcasing the similarities and differences of each. These will of course be paired with a wonderful selection of fine cheeses!
